It’s becoming more and more likely that Shedeur Sanders will be the No. 1 overall pick in April, and he reminds everyone that way.
Sanders concludes his college career on Sunday in the Alamo Bowl, and he hinted that he would have special cleats for the occasion earlier this week.
In fact, Sanders said on the practice field: “We know where we’re going, and you’ll see them in the cleats later this week.”

At the start of the season, the class seemed very crowded with Sanders, Cam Ward, Carson Beck, Quinn Ewers and Jalen Milroe, but the two former quarterbacks have broken away from the group this year.

It remains to be seen if general manager Joe Schoen and head coach Brian Daboll will still be in East Rutherford in a couple of weeks, but it seems certain that Sanders could head to New Jersey, regardless of who is in charge.
